Sue YUE ( 余 淑 華 ) is a certified yoga teacher and founder of Almond yoga.
Her yoga classes are known for releasing neck and shoulder stiffness.
Her client included J.P. Morgan, Rosewood Hotel Group and Third Bridge.
Sue offers verbal cues and expert hands on adjustments. Whether teaching a Hatha or Yin class, students can expect to explore their strengthens, work on flexibility, and learn to find balance.
Sue fell in love with yoga when she was living in Istanbul, Turkey.
She confronted her fears, accepted imperfection and found the passion there. After trying yoga for sometimes, she start to,

3) stop the comparisons in the mat and in the life
4) view things in different perspective and find something to be grateful for every day.

Prior to her professional in teaching yoga and meditation, Sue obtained a Bachelor degree in Textiles and Fashion from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and LLB (Bachelor of Law) in University of London (International Programmes).
Her experience in the trading and banking industry allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges Hong Kong individuals face.
